Mike helped us find our last home almost a decade ago. So when we were ready to downsize, we did not hesitate to contact him again. After giving him a general idea of our requirements, he was able to get us a list of potential homes. Within a week he showed us the perfect home and we closed on it in less than a month. He was there throughout the entire process, and present for inspections, walk throughs, and the like, giving helpful suggestions and answering all questions along the way. Great experience!

Mike is a professional. If you are in need of a realtor, look no further. Mike was able to advise and guide my wife and I throughout the process of listing and selling our home, including through the COVID pandemic, while keeping everything calm. His suggestions increased the traffic through our home and lead ultimately to the sale. Mike answers the phone EVERY TIME that I call, and any text correspondence was responded to within minutes. I highly recommend Mr. Markus for your real estate needs. Thanks Again!

Mike went well and beyond what I could expect from a realtor. From finding us the perfect house to closing. He was amazing. He also found us a rental house to stay In while our house was being built. Very professional and was always available whenever we had questions (which was often)
