My real estate agent was Lori Bowden. This is my first time selling a home so she was diligent in walking me through every step: from staging my home and to the closing table. My home was under contract in three days from listing and there were also multiple offers. I received texts, emails, and calls through the entire process. I was not alone. Her long tenure truly showed through her knowledge, compassion, and skills. I would recommend her over and over again. I would absolutely use her again.

T.J is very knowledgeable and he knows exactly what he’s doing. The process was very smooth and easy. Very quick responses and alertness from him as I was very anxious to sell the lot. Highly recommended if want a legit, quick, easy transaction with no bs. I would recommend him. The thing that stood out the most was he is very quick to reply and he genuinely cared about his relationship with me. Even though it was not a big transaction I am very surprised and impressed with how much he worked hard to close on it, very aggressive to make sure you get paid the most!!! The most impressive thing is I don’t think he sleeps. He will be my penetrant agent from here on out.

I would recommend Neville 100 times. He worked with me to sell my townhome and purchase my new home. This was one of the most draining and exhausting processes, given the market and builder. Neville supported me and kept me sane the entire time. Regardless of my concern, he stayed engaged and really represented my best interest. Selecting a realtor is not an easy job because some may play interested until you sign, then you never hear from them. Neville treated me like I was his top priority every step of the way.
