I was originally connected to Ciara via Zillow and decided to stick with her for SO many reasons I may run out of character space in this post! Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest, and knows the market. Ciara set up a home portal to which she tailors all listings in the portal to what her clients are interested in. She was always available for house viewings. She responded to all communication in a swiftly manner. She is the agent that fights for her buyers! During my walk through of my purchase, many items made it to the punch list and she was committed to ensuring everything got done in its entirety. Ciara has built an amazing network of contacts in the real estate market. I would recommend Ciara Babies for anyone looking to purchase. I certainly will be using Ciara again !

We hit the jackpot - both the house AND the agent! My wife and I were first time buyers, complete novices; our first step was using the Realtor.com app. Via the app, we requested to schedule a viewing of a property that had caught our attention. You can do the same thing, press "request a viewing" and cross your fingers with who calls you back, OR you could give yourself a head start in the race and just call David. He organized that viewing, as well as several others, on a Saturday afternoon, because that was the most convenient day for us.
