It was great to be in hands of someone who knows what they’re doing! Chrissy was extremely knowledgeable, gave wonderful recommendations, and helped us find homes that met our needs! Her communication was great, and we never felt alone in this process. This is my first home and I never knew it could be so easy! Chrissy has been a wonderful help and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new home. She has been so kind, helpful, and showed just as much excitement as us when we closed!! So happy about my full experience!

First time buyers, meaning a lot of patience was required. Chrissy explained everything we needed to know before we purchased a house. We have 2 months since we moved into our new home. We are very happy with this choice. We have Chrissy not just as our realtor but as our friend. Thanks for all your hard work!!

I was up against an extremely tight deadline to find a home and I had a specific area in the greater Tampa Bay area I wanted to stay in. After an initial conversation, Chrissy was up for the challenge and agreed to help my wife and I find our new home. Chrissy was very communicative from the start and despite an unfortunate accident, she still pushed forward and found ways to make things happen. She clearly demonstrated how much she truly cares for her clients and consistently demonstrates an extremely high level of service. Chrissy went above and beyond for us all the way through closing and even after the sale, assisting us with post closing questions, personally recommending vendors to help with repairs and thoroughly following up with us at all times. I can't recommend Chrissy Nieves enough! If you or someone you know is in need of a highly knowledgeable and reliable real estate agent in the greater Tampa Bay Area, Chrissy Nieves is the agent for you! My wife and I will forever be grateful for all of her help and for exceeding our expectations. Thank you so much, Chrissy!!
