Julian was able to make it happen - BUT it didn't come easy. The buyers found out the day before closing that they didn't actually have the funds - a mistake by their broker. Instead of accepting the cancelation policy that the buyer's realtor kept trying to push, Julian didn't take no for an answer. He skipped the other realtor and talked to the buyers to give them a referral to an amazing mortgage broker who was able to work everything out on the financial side of things. Long story short, he got the job done and we are forever grateful.
