I don't know where to start. This is our 5th property that Julie has been our realtor in the buying process. Each time has been a wonderful experience, she is so knowledgeable about the market in the Tampa/St Petersburg and Beach Communities. We have to travel to Florida from PA to meet with her to look at properties and she is always so flexible, she will always accommodate our schedule when we can be in the area. From start to finish, I know we don't have to worry about anything, she answers all our questions, responds immediately with any issues or things that may come up in the process. Buying a home can a stressful, overwhelming experience and even more so when you can't physically be there all the time. But I have never had to worry about a thing. Julie has always gone above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Even though this is our 5th purchase with Julie, she takes the time to make sure we are comfortable and always has our best interests. My house is sold! & Even though I'd never been a part of a house sale before it was seamless and easy because of Robyn and her team's expertise and helpfulness. I was going through a lot of life changes and was so stressed and scattered. Robyn was patient and kind, using her knowledge and resources to help me sell my house as-is! (Other than replacing the roof- which she took care of getting quotes for me and getting me the best price!) I am so grateful for the work she did getting my house prepared for sale, setting up showings, then negotiating the best deal for me, and being there every step of the way to answer all of my questions and even let my dog out a few times when I wasn't able to be home for appointments!
