We were fortunate that our house did not have water damage, but a lot of people did, and as the local housing market changed rapidly following the hurricanes, Mike helped us to price the property accordingly. He went out of his way to make sure things were the way they needed to be when we weren't able to be there and worked diligently until we had a sale. He worked with us and the title company to make sure that the sale went smoothly, even though we were having to do our part long distance. I've known Mike and his family for years.
