Tracy is wonderful to work with! She explained things very well and answered all of our questions. She always kept us updated through the closing process and listened to what we wanted. Her recommendations and advice were always helpful. Tracy was also very understanding and respectful of our changing family needs as we were separating and was great about making sure each side knew what was going on and came to agreements together. Awesome!

The best realtor in Tampa Bay. After dealing with another realtor that was unresponsive and did not listen to a word we said, a friend recommended Ilene. After calling Ilene we were looking at houses the next day (on a Sunday!). She took great care of us and walked us through the buying process since we were first time home buyers. I would recommend Ilene over and over again!
