Jim handled the sale of our home from beginning to end. He was also very patient and helpful in aiding in our search for a new home. All aspects of the selling process went smoothly and without any glitches. Jim gave us great advice on how to present our home and was on target with his estimate of the market value. We were extremely pleased with the experience even though it was very emotional for us to leave our home of 35 years.
