We’ve been searching for a little place to have as a second home to spend more time out in nature. Noelle made it happen! She’s very professional, knowledgeable, and proactive. She was readily available to walk us thru the process which can be a little scary at times.

Leslee helped us buy our home in South Tampa, and what set her apart was her approach: instead of steering us toward a quick decision, she oriented us to the market by driving neighborhoods, touring properties, and helping us understand what we were really looking at. She has an unusually sharp eye for the physical side of homes (structure, mechanics, the things that matter especially in older houses) and became a genuine thought partner as we evaluated properties.
