I would highly recommend Mercedes Anthony to anyone looking to sell or buy a new home. She is always prepared, does her research before engaging, is well spoken, presentable, etc etc - I can go on and on. Once our unit was under contract, she stayed on top of EVERYTHING that needed to be done and we were able to close a week early, which was very desirable for us. Mercedes did go over and beyond helping us with contractors and even made herself available if we couldn't be there. I am grateful and very appreciative to have found such a great person and communicator. We will be seeking her talents again in the near future when we start looking for our forever home!
