When I moved to Florida 30 years ago, I was lucky enough to find Dan Henzler as my realtor to buy my first Florida house. 30 years and 4 houses later, I have never wanted or needed anyone else to help me buy and sell my houses. Now with a full team working with him, the experience is somehow even better. This last sale was as close to a nightmare scenario as can be(through no fault of ours or the Henzler Team), but Dan and his team spent countless hours fixing all of the problems that our buyer and their agent created along the way. Now we are in our new house and couldn't be happier. Dan and Barb, and their entire team have become more than our Real Estate Agents, but I consider them to be our friends. You will NOT find a better Real Estate team than the Henzler Team.

Dan was absolutely fabulous. He was responsive and proactive. He also helped us find people to do work in our home to prepare for the sale. He really made it a headache free process.

If I were selling another piece of property, which I am, I would only use the Henzler team!

Mario was great! He really knows the area and was a huge help getting through the whole process. He was very communicative about meeting places and houses we were going to look at. He didn’t try to sell me every house we looked at but took my concerns about the previous house and found new ones to alleviate those concerns. He was also very honest with me about my expectations, negotiations, and the market.

Mario is the most honest, genuine and kind person. He stuck with me for an entire year, helping me get my credit situated in order to even be ready to buy a home and then when our first lender fell through, we were able to get another one and get me into my first home.
