I had an absolutely amazing experience working with my realtor, Belitza! She went above and beyond to help me find the right property for my specific needs. I was searching for a property that I could convert into an assisted living facility (ALF), and from the very beginning, Belitza took the time to understand my vision and truly get behind it. She walked me through every step of the process, kept me informed with timely updates, and was always transparent and honest. She is an excellent negotiator and consistently kept my best interests at heart. I always felt like she was advocating for me, not just trying to close a deal. What really stood out to me was how warm, kind, and genuinely caring she was throughout the entire process. She made me feel like more than just a client—I truly felt like a friend. Buying a property and turning it into a business could have been an incredibly stressful experience, but having Belitza by my side made the journey so much easier. I am beyond grateful for her dedication, patience, and support. If you’re looking for a realtor who will listen to you, fight for your best interest, and genuinely care about helping you achieve your goals, I highly recommend Belitza! She is truly amazing at what she does! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
