I cant even find the words for our experience in our purchase. We first met Ady looking at homes for a future move and she gave us the 1st class tour of Florida and looking at homes in the most hospitable way. She always kept in touch and when i was ready to purchase a second home in Florida she made it the most memorable experience in the beginning to the end steps. By far the easiest and best buying experience I have had. Even my mortgage broker could not say enough about how Ady handled everything and made it such and easy experience for all. Number 1 realtor in my book. Will be using Ady again for our next purchase and futures purchases.

Krista was amazing from the start! Very knowledgeable, understanding of what we wanted and so patient with us while we were being picky over every little detail. She lived over an hour from where we were buying and yet always made the time to meet with us and make us feel we were in good hands during the whole buying process! By the end of everything she felt more like a freind than someone just doing a job and going through the motions. We will 100% be calling on Krista for any future purchases!

I would have to say that going with this agency what's the smartest decision I could have made . I had previously spoken with remax and several other local agents in my area and the advice I was given by them I'm sure was sound if I had wanted to invest money, wait and find the right buyer, which could have perhaps taken months but God forbid years. instead I chose Carl it's a different kind of agency they can market your property in a much broader area, he is an amazing person ,as an agent I could not have asked for anyone more professional, more considerate of my needs more willing to give his time without my even asking to get me an amazing deal ,almost 10,000 off on the property that I bought with the money that I got from the property he's sold for me at 2000 above what I was asking !!!!! I would rate this agency 6 stars ,heck let's give them 10 Stars. Thank You Team Gresen
