Andrew was my agent for listing and buying. He pulled off a simultaneous selling and buying so seamlessly that I was shocked! At first, I was nervous going in because I was selling/buying during the Covid pandemic but we were able to sell the home in record time as well as buying a new home. He took some amazing pics of my old home and best of all he told me everything that could happened and where/what my expectations should be on the selling side. I loved that Andrew never sugar coated anything and everything he said was on point. Andrew is an expert in the field, he made me aware of things that other agents never did. My previous experience with other agents always seemed like they were interested in getting me to decide no matter what, but with Andrew I never felt push in that regard. He always did his due diligence to make sure I was covered with the new house, CDD, HOA, etc. so I can make an informed decision. Andrew is just Excellent agent. You cannot do better than him!
