Heidi showed us several properties in several different locations. She knew the schools that would be aligned with the properties. She has a deep sense of her craft and was adeptly able to identify counter tops, cabinets, hardware, floors and materials as well as the age of the AC unit, the pool surface and deed restricted neighborhoods and their fees. It was an educational experience as she shared her thorough real estate knowledge with us. It was a pleasure to work with Heidi and her effervescent personality.

Nicholas first helped me find a rental property a year ago and at that time he impressed me so much I told him I would make contact again in one yr to look at properties to purchase.
