I was trying to sell my house by owner because I felt I had the experience and it was a sellers market. I had several realtors walk thru my house and try to convince me to list it with them. Catalina came to preview the house for potential buyers and never pressured me to list it with her. I was impressed with how she presented herself, the tips and suggestions. I even told her when she left, that if I were going to list my house it would be with her. In a week I decided that Catalina was the person to list it. Great choice she is a hard full time dedicated realtor that goes above her job and stays on top of everything. I have bought and sold many houses she is by far the best realtor I have had! I would give her an A+.

Working with Shaneza was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She always kept me updated and informed along the way. She was pleasant and I would definitely recommend her to my colleagues and friends.
