I was up against an extremely tight deadline to find a home and I had a specific area in the greater Tampa Bay area I wanted to stay in. After an initial conversation, Chrissy was up for the challenge and agreed to help my wife and I find our new home. Chrissy was very communicative from the start and despite an unfortunate accident, she still pushed forward and found ways to make things happen. She clearly demonstrated how much she truly cares for her clients and consistently demonstrates an extremely high level of service. Chrissy went above and beyond for us all the way through closing and even after the sale, assisting us with post closing questions, personally recommending vendors to help with repairs and thoroughly following up with us at all times. I can't recommend Chrissy Nieves enough! If you or someone you know is in need of a highly knowledgeable and reliable real estate agent in the greater Tampa Bay Area, Chrissy Nieves is the agent for you! My wife and I will forever be grateful for all of her help and for exceeding our expectations. Thank you so much, Chrissy!!
