I cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed our experience purchasing a home - this was all due to Billie Jo and her expertise. She is the ultimate professional and incredibly knowledgeable in her field. We moved from out of state and having someone who truly knows the area and what things to look out for in a home that are location specific issues made a world of difference. Due to her guidance, I felt completely comfortable and secure in the purchase. Throughout the process it never felt like her goal was to simply close a sale; it felt like she wanted to be sure we were setup for success in our new life. Billie Jo constantly went above and beyond for us and we could not be more grateful. Besides being an amazing real estate agent, she is a wonderful person. Billie Jo is kind, patient and it feels like you are working with your best friend. She cares about her clients. We cannot thank her enough for her support and making our transition to Florida living so easy. If you are looking to complete a real estate transaction, I highly recommend reaching out to Billie Jo - you won’t regret it!
