Ivanny was the best choice we could have made and we cannot recommend her enough to anyone who may need a realtor. In prepping for the sale of our home Ivanny helped us clean and stage the home so it would be beautiful for photos. She helped us strategize for price improvements and wording for our listing. She took great time and care to ensure we were informed and happy with every choice. She used her resources to gather information hosting a brokers open and discussing feedback with us. We were always part of the process and she made herself available for any questions we had. Anything we needed. She was there. She wasn’t just available and informative. She was honest as well. She hoped to see any potential future barriers to a sale and made sure that we could be proactive every step of the way. We are truly grateful for Ivanny and cannot recommend her enough

We recently had the pleasure of working with Hanin Kayed to purchase our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process Hanin took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was always available to answer our many questions. She guided us through each step, from viewing homes to negotiating the best deal, and even went the extra mile during the closing process, ensuring everything went smoothly. What truly stood out was her attention to detail and commitment to our satisfaction. We felt confident every step of the way, knowing we had a trusted expert on our side. We highly recommend Hanin Kayed to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Hanin Kayed for helping us find the perfect home!
