That same day Heidi called me with an offer and the rest is history.

In addition to handling the sale of one of our townhouses, Kim handles the management of three of our other properties. She takes care of finding new tenants, leases, any repairs that need to be taken care of and depositing the rent checks into our account in a timely manner.
