Kim did an excellent job listing and selling our townhouse. She handled all the necessary paperwork.

In addition to handling the sale of one of our townhouses, Kim handles the management of three of our other properties. She takes care of finding new tenants, leases, any repairs that need to be taken care of and depositing the rent checks into our account in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend her for selling as well as managing properties.
