Jen was beyond amazing. In a tough market it is easy to get discouraged. She stayed positive and was so easy going. She went above and beyond to make buying a house an enjoyable experience. She was detailed oriented, gave great advice in every area and you could tell she genuinely cared about our whole house buying experience! I feel so thankful to have had the chance to work with her! This is a Godly man that is being blessed by God in everything he does. I witnessed this first hand when he represented me in buying my families home! Only God could of gotten this deal done using Robert as the instrument to facilitate our move from Texas to Florida during the covid-19! Not only did we save money on the house we used the cash he was able to save us to pay cash for a family car! Wow, I have never experienced anything like this. My old habit of looking for a home was by the brain wash method from these big reputable companies that spend thousands on advertising to lure customers in with bells and whistles...like me. These big companies words where as sweet as honey ,telling me what I wanted to hear until it got down to their commission! I admit I was one of those suckers that believed everything I would read on the internet and had my eyes opened to the truth of what's really going on with these big companies. The exact thing we are experiencing today with our fake news has bleed into the internet of fake reviews and scams! I had to fact check all of the BBB lies and the distorted reviews that where being written anonymously by agent to hurt small companies like this one. I can't believe someone would make up lies to hopefully get your business to make money off of you! That is why I am writing about my experience with Rentahomefast.com as a Godly lead company that blesses you in the end with extra cash! Please do your fact checking so your not mislead as I was in finding a house. I am so glad that I went with my gut feeling into trying them out because I have a beautiful home and a bonus blessing of a car ! If you don't believe my experience, just see for yourself! I can't thank God enough for showing me this company by pure chance and didn't listen to all the lies out there...can you say your agent saved you enough cash to buy a car. A home purchase is the largest expense we will ever have in our lives, as is the case with many people. If you want an agent that treats that with the same gravity as you, then look no further. After nearly 1 year with our 1st realtor, in which we were outbid on 5 houses (that we offered tens of thousands of dollars over the asking price) we decided it was time to make a change. In the housing market, the most important thing a real estate agent can provide is knowledge and advice. This is especially true in the 2021 housing market. That is precisely what Jeff provided. This is a valuable lesson that I learned much later than I should have. Please don't make the same mistake as me. My experience with Jeff: I essentially cold called him on a Monday morning. He agreed to represent us. By 10:30 AM the same day, he was showing us the house. And we we're under contract the following morning. I was flabbergasted. If only I had chosen Jeff from the beginning, I could have avoided, most if not all, the pain and aggravation previously. And once we were under contract, the level of service was even more impressive. Jeff is so thorough and helpful throughout the process that it really sets your mind at ease. He doesn't overlook any detail. Unfortunately, I've had the misfortune of seeing the other side of the realtor coin because we were eventually able to get a contract on a house with our previous agent that failed inspection (contract cancelled). And that short process was chaotic and disjointed, at best. Jeff was able to parse our needs and requirements for a house in less than a day. He provided a invaluable service to our family that I will never forget. And I cannot recommend him highly enough. We sincerely appreciate all the assistance provided in securing our new home.
