When Casey Thurmond listed our home, he was aware that exactly one year earlier my husband and I had our home listed with a different real estate firm. The realtor for that firm erred in preparing the seller's disclosure form. The buyer's, who continued to house shop (and found a home they liked better), after signing the sales agreement on our home used the flawed form as an excuse to terminate the contract just hours before closing. We were devastated. What Casey didn't know was how paranoid that experience left me when it came to relisting our home and trusting another realtor with the sell of our home.
