My experience working with Tara was very good. As an experienced realtor she is very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and accommodating.

Tara was a great help with a third party transaction. She was able to be a great point person helping my third party company successfully close with a buyer on listing transaction. Tara was able to secure a buyer during the winter months. She was able to be a great point person working with the actual seller and my third party company through out the process keeping everyone updated on the progress of the transaction to the final closing.

Tara is amazing! After worrying about how long it was going to take to sell my home and at how much of a loss, Tara wasted no time. She had my home looked at the same week I vacated my home and had an offer the day she showed it, or maybe the next day. Nevertheless I had an offer for my asking price. I put my trust and faith in Tara and it showed why she been in this business for awhile. She's knowledgeable, easy to work with, and a true professional. Thank you for everything Tara, God Bless you and your family.
