Top͏ of her game This is the second time I have worked with Peggy Daas. Both times I have been amazed by her depth of knowledge as well as her never ending patience, support and willingness to assist me with the home buying and selling process. Her communication was outstanding, always timely and professional. Peggy makes you her priority at all times to the extent you feel like you're her only client. When I purchased my home she guided me through the first time home buying process and helped me make an educated decision. She was so easy to work with, when it was time to sell my home she was the obvious choice. Once again her knowledge of and experience in the real estate industry did not let me down. I have a very unique schedule and work from home. I was impressed with how well Peggy managed the showing appointments so they would not conflict with my work schedule. She also modified her communication with me based on my work schedule, only calling on my days off and using text and email on my work days per my preference. She provided me timely updates and reminders prior to each showing and was also quick to provide feedback after the fact. Due to her efforts we had several offers with in days of listing. Peggy helped me navigate the offers, including their terms and conditions so I once again could make an educated decision that was right for me. Peggy cares about her clients, she has a strong work ethic and does everything with honesty and integrity which I truly respect and appreciate. I feel as if I have made a friend along my home buying and selling journey and highly recommend her to everyone I know.

She came in with a great understanding of our situation, a willingness to listen and was consistently available when offers began coming in and decisions needed to be made quickly. Her knowledge of real estate combined with great communication skills gave us a sense of confidence throughout the process. Due to her diligence, we got our asking price and closed in a very reasonable timeframe.

Jen was beyond amazing. In a tough market it is easy to get discouraged. She stayed positive and was so easy going. She went above and beyond to make buying a house an enjoyable experience. She was detailed oriented, gave great advice in every area and you could tell she genuinely cared about our whole house buying experience! I feel so thankful to have had the chance to work with her!
