Jennifer is professional, very knowledgeable of both her craft and the market, and is truly willing to go the extra mile, especially in working with difficult buyers. Actually, Jennifer helped us with the purchase of our new home and then assisted in helping us listing and selling our previous home. We had not sold a home in 30 years, but Jennifer walked us through every step we needed to follow , not only and helping us understand what we needed to prepare our home for selling, but also helping us once we got a contract in negotiations, and then working with bit of a difficult to please buyer. We can’t say enough about Jennifer Clark and the assistance she can bring to any buyer or seller of a property. It is my understanding that she also can assist someone in renting their property, and I’m sure that she does a professional job of that as well.

Cindy is fabulous! We were (unintentionally) difficult clients because we had a number of ( sometimes conflicting) non-negotiable needs, and we dragged her from pillar to post, looking at and rejecting house after house. Her enthusiasm and energy never waned, and we’re looking forward to having her represent us when we sell our old house.
