Brenda Fricks went beyond our expectations in providing us realtor services. She was present at every opportunity to provide assistance: at initial contract negotiations, she tried to be at every inspection, but WestBay would not allow it, she waited patiently during our final inspection (again because WestBay wouldn't allow her to participate) so we could sign some papers for Century 21. She helped us by providing moving advice. During the build process, she was an excellent consult for matters that concerned us. Her advice was extremely valuable to us.
