Just closed on our new house in Dade City and I cannot say enough about the hard work Erica and her team put in to make this happen. We hit a snag on the sale of our previous house due to Hurricane Ian, but Erica took charge and communicated with both title agencies to keep them informed of the progress on hurricane repairs and got the closings scheduled one day after we received our final permit closed out from the county. Thanks Erica!!! We wouldn't be here without you! And thanks for the "Welcome Home" sign on the front lawn. Nice touch.

When Casey Thurmond listed our home, he was aware that exactly one year earlier my husband and I had our home listed with a different real estate firm.
