After relocating many times over the years, Sheila was one of the best realtors we have ever had! Shelia listened to our needs and wishes in a new home. She only showed us what we requested. Through every step of the purchase (offer, closing, and follow-up), Sheila was there for us. We not only had a wonderful realtor, but gained a new friend, even before moving to Kings Point!

I highly recommend Sheila Sanford if you are looking to buy or sell. Real estate transactions can be stressful with lots of details but with Sheila it was a breeze as she was always 2 steps ahead and already anticipating every need. I worked in the real estate industry in Ohio for over a decade and I met loads of Realtors and I can safely say you can’t find someone who will work harder to close your real estate transaction.

Sheila comes with experience knowledgeable and very thorough helping one look for their home. She went above & beyond for me while looking. That’s why I Highly Recommend Her.
