Nick was a gem to have as the Listing Agent on the 2nd home we were contemplating purchasing, and because of his expertise, closed on in Florida to finally spend part of the year closer to our son and daughter-in-law, who left NJ for the Sunshine State close to 8 years now. Being a Real Estate Agent in the state of New Jersey for the past 37 years and representing mostly sellers for a good portion of that time, Nick certainly represented his sellers above and beyond, but, it takes a special kind of agent to know how to treat the potential buyers of his listings in order to have the type of transaction that makes everyone happy and gets the job done.
