I'm a first time home buyer, so I was naive going into this process. Stephen was recommended by a friend, and I'm certainly not disappointed. He walked me through the process and I at no point felt I wasn't supported. He selected various homes for me to view that we're all excellent. However, one stood out among the rest. There were extenuating circumstances that complicated the process. There were even times I was ready to give up on the house and try somewhere else. Stephen managed to help me work through the issues. He was also exceptional when it came to negotiating with the builders. I ultimately ended up buying the home I wanted under the best possible circumstances. I will be recommending Stephen to any friends and family, and will of course be working with him during future dealings.

We regularly toured 15+ homes in a single day, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was taking too much of her time. She was always patient, responsive, and available whenever I needed her. She wasn’t focused on making a sale. She was focused on making sure I bought the right home, and that’s exactly why I trusted her enough to work with her again. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, honest, incredibly hardworking, and genuinely looking out for your best interests, Dragana is the realtor you want in your corner. I trusted her twice, and I’d do it again without hesitation.
