Joe was phenomenal in helping us both sell our home and buy a new home. The selling of our home was going to be difficult due to location (so we thought) and Joe was all over it and we got the best offer! He was extremely proactive in all details of both the sale and buy we had, and very prompt in communication with us. I'd recommend him a million times over!
