I have used Alyson as my realtor on both the selling and buying side of real estate for 3 homes and I must say, I have never revived such personalized, attentive service across the board! She found my absolute dream beach townhome this year and I could not be happier with her attention to detail and effort to get the closing done in the timeframe I desired and for the price I thought was impossible to find for a 4 bedroom, beautiful “happy place” I’ve been dreaming of for over 15 years! She uses her incredibly personal skills to navigate the process and goes the extra mile so you don’t have to worry about things most realtors leave to buyers/sellers! There was nothing she wasn’t willing to do to make the sometimes stressful process of buying and selling a home move along seamlessly! We felt that John & Brenda did an exceptional job in selling our unit. Before the process began they gave us details as to the state of the market which allowed us to get comfortable with pricing. When we were ready to enter the market they met with us and reviewed our expectations and then we were able to come up with a price that we felt was realistic and placed the condo on the market. During the process they also explained how they would market the condo. They also were extremely helpful in removing personal affects that we were unable to attend too as we were back in Canada. The whole process was smooth and once we received an offer they were very helpful and made us comfortable during the negotiation process prior to closing. During the closing process they were helpful in determining a closing agent. The closing went very smooth and the whole process was very smooth.
