My husband and I worked with Alicia as out of state VA buyers from Washington. We were not first time buyers, but we were buying for the first time in Florida while selling our WA home. There were so many differences for buying in FL that were completely new to us. Buying in a state and area you are unfamiliar with can be very intimidating as we knew we wanted to make the right move, in the right neighborhood, with ideal commute times and great schools and we wanted to get it right the first time. Alicia was a wealth of knowledge of all things Florida/Tampa Bay area; and it if she didn't know she had a contact or pro to refer us to. She showed us areas we were not considering initially, that was really helpful to get a well rounded picture of all the areas. I loved working with Alicia because she picks up the phone and calls right away to get answers, updates, scheduling etc. Her timely communication was great. She's a strong experienced agent, and she knows her stuff inside and out--we really felt advocated for and taken care of! I would recommend her to not just other military families, but anyone who is looking for a no BS agent that will have your very best interest and all the contacts. She also had fantastic recommendations for third parties throughout the process, including pre-drywall / blue tape / sewer scope inspectors, providing us peace of mind on our new home. Overall, she made buying our first home much simpler and gave us a lot of confidence throughout the entire process from start to finish. We would 100% recommend her!
