We were (unintentionally) difficult clients because we had a number of ( sometimes conflicting) non-negotiable needs, and we dragged her from pillar to post, looking at and rejecting house after house. Her enthusiasm and energy never waned, and we’re looking forward to having her represent us when we sell our old house.
