Grace took a lot of the pressure off me, helping me with landscaping, front and back yard cleaning, and mowing my lawn every week. She actively organized open houses for me every week, using her professional skills and tirelessly promoting my property. She also offered me many suggestions I hadn't anticipated, all with my own consideration in mind. For example, regarding the price of the house, which is paramount in the current sluggish real estate market. The buyer lowered the price, and I agreed to it, but she insisted on the original price and even asked me to raise it, which I refused. She is truly an outstanding real estate agent, and I'm truly grateful to have met her. I sincerely thank you and wish you continued success in your career!

We can't say enough great things about Lori King; She is courteous and down to earth. She was extremely knowledgeable and communicated effectively through every step of the process. We were never in the dark about anything. She cared about our experience as much as she did the selling of our home. In the current market, offers were flooding in and we feel that other realtors wouldn't have worked as hard- just let the offers come in. But she continued to push, and we got a great offer!
