I recommend Astrid and will use her again for any real estate transactions. She is very professional, courteous and communicative. I really appreciate her working us especially dealing with 9 sellers.

Thank you for your help and for detailed information.

We decided to sell our townhome on the Cotee river and were given a recommendation to contact Mike. We contacted another realtor, but decided to go with Mike due to his confidence and knowledge of the local market. We set an asking price that we felt comfortable with and within a week we had a full price offer and we closed within a month. During the sales process we were kept fully informed and Mike was quick to answer any questions or concerns. A problem that arose was quickly handled and within a couple days we were back on course. The support from colleagues and third parties, the title company for instance, were similarly competent and responsive. I highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone needing real estate expertise.
