My experience was absolutely wonderful and with professionalism. Chase was informative, supportive, timely, clear and concise in the entire process. Considering I am a first time home buyer. Above and beyond does not even begin to express my description. Chase made the entire process manageable, and less stressful. Nora Redding is an AMAZING realtor who stopped at nothing to get our old house sold AND put us in the home of our dreams! She able to get us way more than we expected from the house we sold, and helped us negotiate credits from the seller towards our closing. I lost count of the number of properties we saw, I honestly thought I would drive her batty because I am so picky, but she was so patient and was able to get us speedy access to every single property I wanted to view. She never once pushed, or rushed us, and she actually had more knowledge of FHA loan requirements than our inspector (CREDITS)!!!! She was remarkably knowledgeable about the entire process start to finish which was a much needed reassurance because COVID has changed the process just enough to add extra stress. Nora also has contacts for everything that you could ever dream of for before the purchase to after. I can’t imagine having gone through buying our first home during this chaotic time without her. I HIGHLY recommend her, you won’t be sorry! She was our very own personal angel 🥰

We were referred Karen by some friends, and from our very first conversation, she wanted to do more than just learn what we were looking for in a home. She genuinely wanted to get to know us as people. We were immediately impressed by how kind, communicative, and knowledgeable she was. As first time homebuyers we didn't know escrow from an elbow but Karen guided us through every step of the process. She made sure we felt informed, comfortable, and confident in every decision we made. We ended up running into some major issues with our builder and their sales representative, and Karen handled everything with incredible professionalism. She advocated for us every step of the way no matter how big or small our concerns were or what time of day they came up. Knowing she was in our corner made an incredibly stressful process so much easier. I truly can't imagine there is a realtor more meticulous, passionate, or dedicated than Karen. If we ever decide to sell our home there is no question who we'll be calling. We can't thank her enough for everything she did for us and we recommend her without hesitation.
