Maria was wonderful to work with. She’s very kind very knowledgeable and definitely want the extra mile all the way through the process. She made a difficult situation for my family, and I much easier to handle with her kindness and her hard work.

This was our first sale with Allison And our second home purchase. From beginning to finish she was amazing! I swear she missed her calling for marriage counseling. This is a stressful time to buy with the market being what it is, and Allison worked with us through a very challenging time. She was ready to go and see any house we wanted and really made things work for us around the holidays and family schedules. Without her I don’t think we would’ve ended up with the beautiful home we have today. Not only was she extremely flexible, she was wonderful when it came to negotiations. Tweaking each offer and advising on the does and don’ts. While I hope this is our last home purchase for quite some time, I highly recommend Allison and would reach out her again in a heartbeat.
