BORN AND RAISED HERE ON LONG ISLAND SHAWN STEINMULLER IS A FREQUENT CONTRIBUTOR TO LOCAL PUBLICATIONS, SUCCESSFUL LUXURY BROKER, A UNITED STATES MARINE, REAL ESTATE BOARD MEMBER, AND AWARD WINNING REAL ESTATE BROKER.
Shawn believes that education and information are the keys to’empowering his clients, while access to real estate data is more accessible than ever before, it the ability to interpret the real estate sales data and information coupled with his local real estate knowledge that gives his clients a completive advantage in make the best decision for themselves. He has become a staple on the Hampton’s real estate scene. As one of the top brokers at Nest Seekers International, Shawn and his team over the years have secured over$500 million dollars in closed residential and commercial sales since 1998. Shawn is part of a very distinct group of brokers in the Hamptons, the 1% of brokers that not only holds multiple state licenses, but multiple Nationally and State recognized designations and certifications. Making him one the most reputable, highly regarded broker and managers in the area.
Originally from Valley Stream on Long Island at the age of 18, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, rising to the rank of NCO and being aware multiple Letters of Commendation and Meritorious Mass while actively servicing our country. He has also been featured in Hampton’s magazine and other publications thought out his real estate career and regularly engages train and teaching others as a Real Estate Instructor.
Connecting with people all over the world has allowed Shawn to amass a great network of real estate agents and clients giving additional exposure to his client's listings. Shawn, his wife, and their daughter live here in the Hampton's year-round and are active in supporting the community and love being a part of it.
