My husband and I were referred to Kendra through the Berkshire Hathaway network and were impressed from day one. We were moving across the country, so our first few contacts were via phone. Take for example my husband and me…We are opposites in terms of handling administrative matters. I am a night owl, so I tend to pay bills and send emails late at night. Conversely, my husband is up at dawn. Whenever we sent Kendra an inquiry about a property, she responded to us within minutes regardless of day or time. I honestly don’t know how she does it! In addition to being hard-working, Kendra is thorough. She made the entire real estate transaction seamless. Other words that come to mind are: prompt, punctual, attentive and knowledgable. Once Kendra learns what you are looking for and what is important to you as the buyer, she works quickly to seek out the right property. From the beginning, it was clear that Kendra wanted us to find the home that we loved, not the one that fit her quota. I am delighted with the house we chose. As previously mentioned, we were on an aggressive schedule—we found this home within two days. All thanks to Kendra and her hard work on our behalf.
