Sarai went above and beyond our expectations when it came to selling our house. My house was sold in less than 5 months and during a pandemic ! That right there takes skills.!

From our very first conversation to the day we closed on our home, Judy Rodriguez, exceeded every expectation. She was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and communicated clearly and honestly every step of the way. Her knowledge of the local market and the home-buying process was exceptional. She took the time to explain every detail, offered valuable advice, and made sure we understood our options before making any decisions. Most importantly, she always had our best interests at heart. Her negotiation skills were outstanding. She advocated for us at every stage, worked tirelessly to ensure we received the best possible outcome, and handled every challenge with confidence and professionalism. We always felt like she was genuinely fighting for us, not just completing a transaction. What truly sets her apart is that she genuinely cared about us as people, not just as clients. Throughout the process, whenever unexpected life events or challenges arose, she always took the time to check in on me and see how I was doing. Her kindness, compassion, and support meant so much during what could have been a very stressful time. It was clear that she wasn't simply focused on helping us buy a house she was invested in making sure we were okay every step of the way. That level of care and sincerity is rare, and it made all the difference in our home-buying experience. Throughout the entire experience, she remained professional, responsive, patient, and compassionate. Buying a home can be stressful, but she made the process smooth and gave us confidence every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond.

I found working with Jessica to be a fantastic experience. She is a true full service partner when it comes to selling a home. She is transparent, has great ideas and is also willing to listen to feedback and adjust her views. Selling this home was a challenge as I was out of state and there were a number of items that required someone "on the ground" to address. Jessica was already to pitch in and be that person. She also has a wide network of very capable people to assist with repairs and clean out. I found each of these folks to be as professional and easy to work with as Jessica was. I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a true partner in selling your property. I am positive you wouldn't be disappointed
