Let me start off by saying I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JAMMIE! She made my first home buying experience so memorable ! I could tell that she genuinely had my children and myself best interest at heart! Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring and Stern when needed. Any time of the day I needed her she was right there to answer any and every question/concerns, even my repeated ones lol. Jammie made this process a breeze for me and I’m so thankful for her services! She even surprised my children with a welcome home gift of a big beautiful trampoline in our new back yard , which they love so much . She definitely did her black girl magic 🪄. Realtor turned friend … HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! ***I’m the buyer***

Having such a strong and determined partner helped immensely. Even a few "cold feet" on behalf of potential buyers didn't discourager her from staying aggressive with a marketing strategy that ultimately found just the right buyer for the property. She was also, instrumental in locating our new home site, guiding us through the process and coordinated the transition from our home of 25 years to our retirement dream home. Her strong sense of accountability was clearly visible as the process unfolded, ensuring the multiple trades needed to make our old home sales ready. A strong effort from start to finish.

Allison was excellent. Her and Amanda were very communicative and their knowledge, expertise, and flexibility removed a lot of stress from the home buying experience. While I know that I was not their only client, they definitely made me feel like I was.
