Tracy was my listing agent in Lutz,Fl and she was my buying agent for my house in Tampa. Both times she was very professional, knowledable, and showed excellent negotiation skills.she is honest, does what she promises and i would not hesitate to recommend her as i saw both sides of buying and selling.

Debbie navigated multiple roadblocks and poor communication from Estate and seller's agent. She stayed in communication with me as she worked to address seller's delays and their poor communication (with her, their agent, and each other). She calmly explained options each time seller created confusion or delay. I was impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and kindness from the moment I met her.

I was 1200 miles away and Celine managed the contractors needed to restore and clean the property so it was ready to sell. 2 weeks later it was sold . I’m very happy with her service and her abilities, the close the deal!!

Exelenge prefesional, super atenta!
