Honest, hardworking and strategic

Franklin is kind and friendly, but also knowledgeable and aggressive when it comes to finding and fighting for the right deal. From the moment we meet and begin to pursue the home I was interested in; he was always prepared and informed as to the situation and how we should approach each step of the process. Overall, we won the home with a great price (that parties on both side felt good about). Great experience and I already look forward to getting my next property with Franklin in the future.
