While we did fly down and look at a bunch of houses we ended up putting an offer on a house sight unseen. Meaning we had never been to the house. We did a video/facetime walk through with the listing agent. Then Dianne our agent also went to the house and did another one with us and put her eyes on the property for us as well. That combined with a very thorough home inspection gave us all the confidence we needed to move forward and buy a house that we had Never personally been to!
