Autumn is endlessly knowledgeable, organized, “on-it,” personable, professional, polished, ethical, responsive, and was able to juggle multiple deadlines, crises, and obstacles for us, all while making it look effortless, and serving as a sympathetic, constructive guide and sounding board when disasters happened. We worked with her for a little over six months (and one-and-a-half contracts accepted and many more submitted) and when she came to our closing, it was bittersweet, because although we’ve found a home we love, it meant that we won’t be meeting up with Autumn several times a week for showings.
