Heliana is an outstanding realtor and knows the market, knows the pricing but most importantly gets to know her clients, their needs and dreams. She listens and is literally available 24/7 to help with any questions or concerns. Though I know Heliana professionally I have come to count her amongst my dearest friends. She guides you through the buying process and it doesn't end at the sale. She remains the genuine person she is: helpful and on numerous occasions helped me to find painters, handyman, recommends local things going on etc. There are many realtors available in southern Florida. I realize I am one voice in the wilderness but I would have to say if you are a buyer or seller Heliana is THE realtor to seek out. I feel fortunate to know her and can not give enough acolades as she guided me from Europe (Germany) to my retirement home in Deerfield Beach. Thank-you Heliana!
