She was very knowledgable of the Cascades market and surrounding comparabes. I also felt she was honest and fair and would put our interests first which she did. She was also very personable.Once we had an offer, Pam helped address the buyers concerns and helped us to rectify some repairs of the house. She provided reputable vendors that did good work. She helped us stage the house and made good recomendations. We were with another broker from another agency for 6 months when the market was even better with no results. Pamela made the changes and had the connections to help us sell the house.I would definitely use Pam again and I would recommend her to family and friends without hesitation.
