We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. We appreciate that she always availed herself for a showing, many times spending most of her day with us as we checked out several houses. I can’t remember how many homes we saw in total (both virtually while still out-of-state and once in Orlando), but she found the one for us! When she initially presented it to us, it was not a choice we would have considered on our own, but she assured us it was worth checking out. So glad we trusted her better judgment! What we appreciated most was Marilin’s calm and patient disposition. We at times let the stress of house hunting and relocating get the best of us, but Marilin was so understanding and empathetic throughout the whole process. She answered all of our questions, took all of our calls, and responded to all of our text messages in a friendly and professional manner. We knew we were not her only clients, but she never missed a beat with us. We bought a for sale by owner house, so we dealt directly with the homeowners. Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents. A very experienced realtor with upto date knowledge of his areas. I've worked with Brian 3 times and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brian to friends and work colleagues. With Brian it isn't about making a quick sale or fast buck. I first talked with Brian on the phone before moving from California, I purchased a property sight unseen taking Brian's advice, Brian thought I was going to fly in but told Brian I wanted him to find me a property in West Palm Beach, not only did Brian find me everything that I wanted it was a property that needed nothing and just 3 miles from my job. So upon my arrival I was very happy. Just 3 weeks later a hurricane was going to hit our area in Florida and I thought what do I do, I received a phone call from Brian asking me if I was OK and was I prepared for the hurricane, well I had no clue but Brian out of the Blue said don't worry as he'd be right over and he came with tools and helped me with everything that I needed to secure my home. This is the kind of man Brian is. With Brian its NOT about making a quick buck he's the Man I want in my corner and my family and friends corner and wouldn't hesitate for one moment to recommend him to anyone. And since then my daughter and son in law has purchased a new home with Brian's expertise even 3 of my co workers that I recommended them to Brian purchased homes with Brian.
